Voted the Best Lady Chef in the World 2017, award-winning South African chef Chantel Dartnall  has enhanced South Africa’s status as a gourmet destination on the international culinary map, thanks to her meticulous approach to modern fine dining at Restaurant Mosaic at The Orient. 

Chef Chantel famously combines her classical French training with her love of nature and is well known for creating the art of nature on her plates, with delightful botanical dishes. She is passionate about using organic and seasonal produce with her innovative approach to food preparation and the final presentation of the dish.

Chef Chantel will appear as guest chef at SKYE in The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, between 11thand 14thApril, followed by Wynn Macau on 15th and 16th April. We invite you to enjoy a unique dining experience that engages all your senses – taste, smell, texture, touch and mouth-feel.

       11th April (Thursday):
       South African theme 7-course 9-wine dinner, 
       $1,800 + 10% per person

       12th-13th April (Friday and Saturday):      
       Chef Chantel 5-course lunch: $650 + 10% per person
       Chef Chantel 7-course dinner: $1,300 + 10% per person

       14th April (Sunday):
       South African theme 6-course 8-wine lunch,
       $900 + 10% per person

       15th April (Monday):
       Press and VIP dinner at IL Teatro
       Green and Food Sustainabiliy theme 
       16th April (Tuesday):
       Masterclass for chefs and Culinary Arts students
